This is a super sweet very short story, based on Emma At the Box Hill picnic Emma sneaks off to have a break from the company and meets a fairy The fairy enjoys matchmaking just as much as Emma does, and they compare notes Emma still arrogantly believes she knows everything, and as we know, will suffer a shock in the future, but it s quite funny to read, because she thinks she knows what the fairy is talking about when in fact she has no idea You can read this in less than 5 minutes and it s a freebie.

This is little than a scene based on the Boxhill picnic scene in Jane Austen s Emma, but it was so cute Emma encounters a fairy and they talk about matchmaking Little does Emma know that the fairy has included Emma herself in her list of happy couples.Very sweet and appealing shorty

This very short and free, on the author s website story is inspired by Jane Austen s Emma and involves a matchmaking fairy named Sylvia Sounds odd, but it was sweet, humorous, and took only a few minutes to read The story is set at the Box Hill picnic, and Emma tells the fairy about all the matches she has made, but Sylvia sees what Emma does not It s a fun little scene that is oddly satisfying given its brevity.Review posted on Diary of an Eccentric
